"Half of the lights in the kitchen did not work/come on, and some of the lights in the living room did not come on either. This made the kitchen pretty dark at night and it was difficult to see while cooking. There's a lack of adequate cooking materials such as pans/sheets, but enough to get by. The water filter in the fridge needed replacing. ALL of the smoke detectors have been ripped out. This one puzzled me. The thermostat in the living room was also missing.
