The Historic 1889 Walton House. This cozy home offers a charming front porch, large windows that afford plenty of natural light in the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dinning room, living room and eating nook. There are many original details that make this home a memorable experience when staying in Historic Snohomish.

We would like our guest to respect our neighbors at all times with quiet time at 9:30pm. Please, NO parties, smoking or pets. This house is a shoe free house, please remove your shoes before entering.

This historic home is in the heart of downtown historic Snohomish, just two blocks from antique shops, restaurants, bakeries, wine tasting, music, coffee houses, wedding venues, and locally owned and operated specialty shops. Bring your bicycles and cycle the Centennial Trail, or take the plunge at the Snohomish Aquatic Center, just minutes away.

The Walton House has three bedrooms with three queen beds. Enjoy all the luxuries of home with three TV’s, Wifi, washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, oven, stove, dishwasher and board games. The kitchen is fully furnished, and a heat pump and air conditioning to keep you cozy and cool no matter what season you come to visit. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry and dishwasher soap.
This is a family friendly environment and we are happy to share this house with you. We would like our guest to respect our neighbors at all times with quiet time at 9:30pm. Please, NO parties, smoking or pets.
Parking is provided on the gravel driveway, as well as street parking.
Prior to your stay, you will receive an email with an access code to the keyless door lock on the front door. This key code will be active starting 4 PM on the day of your arrival until 11AM on the day of your check out.
Please leave all dirty linens in the bathtub upon check out.
*Food and condiments are not provided.

Make sure to visit our local farmers markets or produce stands to prepare farm to table food. Only a 30 mile drive to Seattle, and a 15 minute drive to Woodinville known as “Woodinville Wine Country” with over 90 wineries. This is a family friendly environment and we are happy to share this house with you.

Loved this house! Well stocked, cozy and close to everything. My wife and I traveled with my 84 year old mother and the house was perfect for all of us. We come down 4 or 5 times a year to see family and plan to stay here from now on. Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

This historical home is conveniently just a 10 minute walk from the Feather Ballroom and a dozen or more restaurants. While resting in this clean quaint home with a giant tree in the front yard, if you listen ever so gently, you can hear the past echoes of John-Boy whisper "Good Night."

My family of 5 adults had a very nice stay at the Walton House. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There were even farm fresh eggs for our breakfast! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this property!

Great Property!
Loved this property! Located two blocks from downtown Snohomish. All towels and linens were fresh & silky smooth which is not something I would normally expect. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking our Christmas dinner. Two zone heating was quiet and efficient, house was definitely warm and cozy. Five Star + rating is certainly justified.

Perfectly located to allow independence to town centre and shops. The house had all the amenities you could need and was very comfortable to relax in at the end of a long day exploring. Would it be possible to get an automatic outside light to help you enter in the door code at night?

We traveled to Snohomish with friends of 40 years to celebrate my son's wedding - the home was lovely! Very well stocked with everything needed, even a steamer to ensure we looked our best. The house is walking distance to the historic downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee houses. Exactly as listed - we will stay again for sure.

What a terrific house. Every detail has been addressed. House was extraordinarily clean. Beautiful yard with great furniture and fire pit (although weather was rainy and too cold to utilize) short walk to town with several great restaurants and fun shopping. We were visiting our son and his family in Lake Stevens; and this house was perfect for overflow (and peace & quiet). We will absolutely use this house again! Thank you!

Snohomish special home
This was our first trip to Seattle and the surrounding area. We were there for a wedding that was happening outside of Snohomish. This was the most amazing house! First of all, it’s adorable and comfortable. The beds were great quality, and we love the special touch of blankets scattered throughout for the cool mornings. The backyard set up with a small fire pit was the frosting on the cake. And the kitchen is outfitted with everything you could possibly need an amazing quality pots and pans dishes silverware, etc. If we ever get back to this neighborhood, I will stay in this house every time! A fantastic experience I highly recommend it

A Perfect Spot for Family and or Friends
We were a group of five friends, two married couples and one single gal, visiting from California for a wedding. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Three folks flew in to Seattle, while my husband and I drove. The Walton House was easy to get to, the neighborhood was FANTASTIC, and we were two blocks from historic downtown Snohomish, which made is so convenient for shopping and eating. The charm of the home is so evident as you walk up the steps and past the HUGE tree in the front yard. You know this house has been here for many of years, even though it's over 130 years old, the updates are tastefully excellent. Comfy beds, seating indoors and outdoors, central air heating and cooling, and beautiful bathrooms. Our favorite place to gathering at anytime, was the backyard patio with the couches and chairs. I especially love the early mornings and if I had purchased some Presto logs, it would have been lovely to use the firepit. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of pantry items leftover from other guests. We even used the washer and dryer for a quick load. Thank you for an excellent stay and if we are in the area again, we would love to stay. p.s. You HAVE to take several walks around the neighborhood to see the homes and the gardens!!! So inspiring.

A Perfect Weekend
What a a fantastic weekend we had! The Walton House was perfect for our visit. It is newly decorated with the finest linens, towels, soaps and bedding. The furniture was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and throws to snuggle up and watch a movie on the large flat screen tv. The owners even included a Bose speaker that we connected to our phones for music. Nothing was overlooked. There were a selection of games, complete with coloring books for little ones. The lawn is meticulously landscaped with a Monkey Puzzle Tree ( we had to look it up because it was spectacular) and a gigantic Maple tree in the front that looks like it too dates back to 1889 with the House. The kitchen was outfitted with stainless steel appliances and gas cooking. One evening we lit the fire pit with the wood that the owners provided and had s’mores. The home is 1 block from the shopping district in Snohomish. The Main Street has plenty of restaurants and unique shops in which you can spend hours browsing. We had dinner at the Rep restaurant one evening which was excellent. Another evening we had a pizza delivered. The owners have a large binder at the house with any information you could possibly need. This was a great help along with the internet access provided at the house. We will return next time that we are in the area.

Great extended stay home.
We flew in for our elopement and found this to be the perfect home. We eloped just around the corner. We were within walking distance to convenient store, gas station, walking through town, wonderful restaurants. Quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. Great backyard to relax in. Comfortable beds and quality linens. Super fast friendly response from the owner on a question 10/10 will stay here again.
