On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again"

"A beautifully styled cottage in a super location, with stunning views across fields. Very comfy beds. The bathroom is very small, which makes bathing a child slightly awkward. Extremely useful to have the extra fridge/freezer in the outhouse. Easy access to the coast and not too far from the main A148 road to access all across north Norfolk. The neighbours were lovely and welcoming. It was a shame the welcome hamper cake was 1 month out of date, and that previous guests hadn't cleared...

"Clean, comfortable and generally well-equipped (although more cutlery, a bread bin and a few Tupperware boxes for leftovers in the fridge would have made it even better!). Nevertheless would recommend this Cottage to anyone - the location is superb and the daily parade of alpacas was an unexpected delight. The "Cottage manual", with its detailed information on all those brand new gadgets, was pretty impressive too."
