It was clean, but sounds from next door was too loud. I could hear every single conversation our next door people said. Also the heater was very loud and we could not control it.

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are gorgeous. Our bathroom was a bit small, but it was decorated beautifully. We really loved the old world charm, and the staff was helpful and kind. We would stay there again!

The hotel was clean & we felt very safe staying there. The night staff were fantastic. Very friendly & helpful. Bob was very patient & kind letting my nephew help with the luggage. I feel he went the extra mile for us. We appreciated his kindness. The day staff could take some tips from the night staff.

This was such a lovely stay. Was welcomed to the property from the Valet to front desk staff. Margie was very informative and helpful. The property grounds were clean. Hotel room clean. Walls are a little thin from neighbors and outside noise but still slept well. It’s Sf, right in a major tourist area so it’s expected. There is a parking garage on site which is $60 and you are able to go in and out (unlike a few other hotels in the area) facility fee as well (there are no hidden fees despite some other reviews, everything you need to know is in the fine print) hotel breakfast included as long as you are listed on room reservations and checkin. I would definitely come back here.
