"We loved staying at the YWL. It is conveniently located very close to the Big Oak Flat entrance. Our room was great, super-good amenities (wi-fi, USB charging), easy/fast check-in and check-out, great food at the Luck Buck Cafe next door (lots of vegetarian/vegan options !).. I would say it was part of the reason we had such a great trip to Yosemite ! "

"A great place to stay for a few days while visiting Yosemite. We stayed for just one night and really enjoyed it. The area is picturesque nestled just outside the national park. There are a few food and drink options on site but I would suggest visiting a whole foods or supermarket nearby to get something for dinner. Breakfast options are available from the lobby however."

However, I did have some complaints: there are very few amenities in the room (no coffee pot, no microwave, and no mini fridge, for example), there was only hand lotion and no hand soap at the bathroom sink, and the lighting was very poor. "The bathrooms needs renovation especially the toilets are very old. It would be much better if not only 6 person can stay like 8 or 10 so even two families can be there and split the cost. We really enjoyed the view and the hut tub. Driving to Yosemite takes 1,5 hour due to traffic at the entrance. "
