"Went to check in and they advised us no hot water. Since we booked with hotels.com we would have to call them about a refund. It was 7:00pm we did not want to go through all that it should be easier than that. Still pleasant enough stay. Comfortable "

"Second stay at this hotel and won’t be my last!! The front desk young lady was absolutely wonderful, I requested a single king bed room but was given a two bed room and she fixed that for me with no hesitation and super friendly I think she needs a raise! "

"Rooms and common area very clean. Room was spacious and clean and comfy pillows. Only disappointment was the staff lack of welcoming attitude and simple “no” when I asked about a shower cap and about possibility of real milk for tea vs coffee mate edible oil product. "

"Ok property condition. Not enough lighting all Around Staff very efficient and friendly. Property not much to be desired. They do have so called Breakfast at least a cup of coffee if the limited food is not edible For you. Not worth all this money"

"This property is very well-maintained while the staff are very pleasant and professional. Very strong with amenities. It did not matter which department a person worked in. From housekeeping to the front desk to the general property all the staff were very ready to help assist you in anyway possible..
