Cleanliness was definitely a issue
Once entering the condo there was housekeeping issues. All furniture had glass covering which looked to be wiped with same wet cloth and left smeared when dried. Nice stainless appliances but smeared and not cleaned. You could write your name in dust on some surfaces. It wasn't properly cleaned at all! Everything I took from kitchen cabinets I washed before using. It wasn't just a lack of weekly cleaning things it was dirty. Also carpets were disgusting had not been cleaned in who knows how long. It was also advertised as having hot tub on property which did not exist. No ocean view as advertised. You should get what you pay for and this place was a let down.

Beautiful location, a few glitches
Property was super clean and in fairly good condition. Definitely needs a visitor’s manual or posted instructions for things like internet, location of garbage cans, restaurants and grocery stores. Listing advertised Keurig and regular coffee make, we took only pods for Keurig and there was no Keurig. We were very lucky to have above-average temperatures during our stay and the air conditioner would not work. The property manager was very easy to reach, but was unable to get the problem solved. The condo did have fans in each bedroom, so we opened doors and were able to cool off at night to sleep. Overall, a good place and I would rent again if these concerns are worked out.

Early November
I will make this brief. The lock to open the door was not easy to use and Tim the contact person was not extremely polite when he helped give us directions. There was not a manual in the residence like every other VRBO I have stayed at that gave directions on the internet, activities, restaurants , etc. We had to hunt for the internet instructions . We found the instructions but the internet was not working. We eventually found out the internet was being upgraded at the resort and was out for about a month. The main bathtub was clogged. I went to the exercise area and you needed a fob to enter. Again there were no instructions in the condo. We eventually found out that the key card was hanging up but that was later in the day. We found out about the internet and the key fob from a person that worked at the resort. I texted Tim on Saturday and never heard back. Maybe he doesn’t do text! So overall the stay was poor.
