It was right on the ocean. The house was great. Had everything we needed and more. Close to other things we wanted to visit. Easy to get to. We would highly recommend this house. Close to others but not too close. It was perfect!!

We loved this house . We chose this as our wedding venue so our kids and parents could all be with us as we got married just before sunset in the sand. We enjoyed an evening dinner on the back deck. The entire weekend was fabulous and we could not have had a more perfect home to start our newly merged family in. Plenty of space. Great amenities. And that master bath!!! ❤️

Booked to host family for retirement oarty / engagement dinner. Both event went off without a hitch, the views in the mornings were stunning, the beach access was on point, and parking was surprisingly ample. Plus the hosts were amazing! Super responsive at every turn. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location!
My fiancé and I just spent a wonderful weekend with close family and friends who were in town for our wedding. We loved this location and couldn’t have asked for better! Everything was clean, organized and the property was perfect for accommodating the needs of our group. Communication between myself and the property owners throughout the wedding planning process was quick and easy. We look forward to visiting this location again soon! 5 stars!!

A great spot!
We had a great time at the Oh Can You See house! It was clean, spacious, and the location is unbeatable. The hosts were responsive, though we had no issues. The palace is conveniently situated just a few minutes from a grocery and not far from Surf City for dining options, though the full kitchen meant we didn't need to eat out at all. We loved our time and would absolutely come back!

A beautiful beach front house.
The house worked well for our group of 4 older couples, the only issue we had was the downstairs shower which was difficult for an older person to get into and out of, and the tube was a bit slippery with no hand bars.

Jennifer was fabulous to communicate with and very responsive. Location of the property was perfect and it was great being right on the beach. While the house is well stocked, it felt like we were missing a couple of important things like a rag or sponge for dishes or cleaning the kitchen. However, it suited our needs and worked out great for three families all with young children.

Everything about this stay was excellent. Communication and and understanding of the owners was very good and timely. The location was perfect - walked out the back door and we were basically on the beach. The online pictures of the house were very close to actual with the view being fantastic and it was just right for our four families with 5 young grandkids. It was hard for all of us to leave. Would highly recommend it.

Wedding Party FUN
The beach was BEAUTIFUL! so much room and being right on the beach was so Perfect. My Husband and his parents rented the beach house for our wedding party to stay in and getting ready in and it was more than perfect! made for some really great wedding pictures and made it easy for some nice quality time with friends and family we haven't gotten to see in awhile due to covid. The house was very clean and plenty of room for all of us!

Wonderful beach property
Loved the large areas in the home to gather and spend time together. The deck and beach area were FANTASTIC. Appreciated all the chairs and that they were very comfortable. Owner communication was timely and responsive. Our group was there for a wedding and Oh Say Can You Sea was the perfect secondary location to relax! I ve been to a lot of beach properties and the views, esp the sunrise, were some of the best i ve ever seen. Very picturesque will remember for a long time to come 💕

Staying right on the beach was absolutely beautiful. It was our first Entire Fam Vaca! We made meals and ate together and just hung out. There were things advertised that were not working (outside shower and hose to rinse sand off, closet doors and bathroom light in basement) and areas that neded a good cleaning (especially the basement where my kids and grandkids stayed). We overlooked the neglect and completely enjoyed each others company!

Gorgeous House!
I'm sure this place is great during the high season too, but what we loved about it was how cheery, bright, cozy, and beautiful it was during a chilly, windy, rainy November weekend. We knew we were going during bad weather, so we looked for an oceanfront place with huge windows that would be pleasant to spend a lot of time inside. This one was perfect for that! Also the owner was great to work with - he worked out a couple of requests we had, and walked us through some difficulties we had getting online at first. I would recommend this rental to one and all.
