We loved our stay at this unit. We had three adults and were very comfortable. This condo is very clean and has everything you could want/need for your stay. Our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean which was just a few feet away and watching the dolphins swim by each day!! Thank you for such a lovely getaway!

Great Vacation!!!
Condo was perfect for 2 people. Very clean and everything you could need was there. Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of cooking ware, baggies, trashbags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash....Would highly recommend. Although the high tide limits your time on the beach you can go to a public beach access or go further south in the Topsail Dunes Condo area to access the beach.

The property was everything promised and more. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable. Communication was top notch. Whether watching wildlife from the back deck or coming back after a day of adventure, the condo was just perfect for my visit to see my USMC son.

Condo with the best views and hospitality
The owners of this quant little condo were absolutely amazing. From a text to ensure we made it safely, to food suggestions, and bringing us a coffee grinder, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The condo itself is clean, full of all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay, including little touches of "extras", and has beautiful direct views of the ocean. We will absolutely be coming back for future stays!

Perfect condo but no beach 😢
The condo was great and one could not have asked for a better hostess. The only problem was there was NO beach or ocean access. According to the online description, "Just a few steps away from the beach/ocean", is totally inaccurate. The ocean covered the last few steps of the stairway accessing the beach. The beach was a pile of huge sandbags five feet from the condo's deck,preventing further erosion.

The owners communicated really well and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was fully stocked with dishes, linens, toiletries, and even soap/shampoo/conditioner! Amazing Ocean View Every Time!
My boyfriend and I decided to take our vacation to the ocean, since we have never touched it before. Despite our 19 hour drive to get here, it was 100% worth it. A quick 30 second walk from the front door of the condo, then you are right on the beach! The condo was spacious and clean, Nothing to complain about. Every morning we were able to look out and feel the ocean breeze and calm weather. We would love to come and stay again, but maybe I'll convince the boyfriend if we can fly and stay longer than a week

So bright at night
Outside light shined through the bedroom it was truly difficult to sleep, constantly heard neighbors walking, talking and tv. The bed was so uncomfortable…. Not sure if we are just picky because we like a non spring mattress but it was aching in our hips and backs every morning. We assumed incorrectly that laundry would be in the unit. I’m used to dishes and such being done in a dishwasher, I wasn’t sure how well they were cleaned so felt for sanitation reasons I had to was before use.

Perfect villa… not so perfect weather
The villa was perfection however our stay was cut very short because of TS Debbie 😢 Villa as described. Beth was very helpful and prompt with answering questions. Will definitely try to come back before hurricane season!

Wonderful place right in the ocean!
Everything was wonderful! A clean, quiet property literally right at the oceans edge. Be sure to check the tides. The beach right in front of the property will not be accessible except at low tide. You will need to go down a bit to stay on the beach for the day. There is a beach access point near the buildings with a beach that is cleared out further from the water and high tide there is not a problem. A fabulous place for a vacation!
