The Space:
Top Level: Master Bedroom #1 with a queen bed, and full bath.

Main Level: Fully Stocked Kitchen with granite countertops and 4-seat breakfast bar.
Open floor-plan living room with Smart 49" Roku TV / Cable, welcoming furniture, and a large dining table.
Enjoy the huge deck & watch the sunset!

Bottom Level: Master Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, private full bath. and let's not forget your deck. down the hallway, you will find the third bedroom with a queen bed.

Full bathroom off the hallway. (easy walk-in shower) along with the Washer and Dryer

Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium, & river walk Restaurants. Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
