With parking for two, a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a blend of hardwood and carpet floors, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and style.

Relax in the open-concept living and dining area, complete with a Roku smart TV for entertainment. Located on a quiet, dead-end street, our top-floor unit in a private 6-unit complex provides the perfect balance of serenity and access to the beach. Step onto the deck from the living room and soak in the breathtaking ocean views.

The master bedroom features a plush queen bed, ample closet space, a Roku TV, and direct deck access for morning sunrises over the water. The second bedroom sleeps three with a cozy bunk bed and twin, ideal for families or friends.

After a day at the beach, enjoy two enclosed hot-water showers outside, the perfect end to a sun-soaked day.

Explore the endless activities on Topsail Island, or head to Wilmington, just 40 miles away, for museums, dining, and the Battleship North Carolina. Jacksonville is also a quick drive, perfect for those visiting Camp Lejeune.

The Space:
We're located on the second floor of a small, private 6-unit complex.
There's a large space that encompasses the living/dining/kitchen with a huge Roku smart TV, comfy couches, table and kitchen bar seating, plus a surprisingly spacious kitchen. Plus SUNLIGHT! SUNLIGHT! SUNLIGHT! Our sliding glass doors in the living room lead right out onto the deck and overlook gorgeous ocean views!
The master is roomy, with its closet, queen bed, and 32" Roku smart TV. It has a private entrance out to the big deck with amazing views!
There's also a big bathroom with a tub shower.
The 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a bunk bed and additional twin!
Outside there are 2 large enclosed showers with hot water to shower off the sand from the beach (which is RIGHT across the street!) It's the perfect vacation space!

Guest Access:
Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!

The Neighborhood:
Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.

Other Things to Note:
There is a coin-operated laundry located in the building. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit itself.
We have 4 other 2 bedroom units in the building that each sleep 5, plus another 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. Contact us if you need more space!

We will definitely book this place again. It was super clean, light and bright! The street is very quiet, zero traffic. The view of the ocean from the balcony is superb. Communication with the owner was lightening fast. Overall A++++

It was ok…
Property was in a nice location to reach the beach. However, it was not as clean as others noted. There was mildew/mold on the inner shower curtain and some marks on the bedding. The trash bag from the previous renters was also left behind in the unit. The shower also did not drain. We asked the manager for help; we got a prompt response and new shower curtain. The drain was not repaired in the time we were there, which is unfortunate. We think it needs some general TLC, like repair of peeling paint. Supplies are also pretty basic. It worked for us for the weekend.

The place was nice but not clean when we arrived...we found empty chip bags under the coffee table....lady's underwear in one outdoor shower....buckets, umbrella, shovels, chairs in the other outdoor shower.....sticky counters in the kitchen(which were cleaner when we left than what we found)....someone else's clothing in the chest of drawers of the main bedroom....just to name a few things. I probably won't be back.I am just glad that I brought pots and pans to cook with because this house is devoid of most of those things.

The positives - great location, easy access and lovely view of ocean, no problems checking in or parking and the unit was clean and comfortable. The negatives- knives were pretty useless, no cutting board, bed needs a headboard, showers had no pressure, the laundry room coin machine was broken, and the smell of pot from other units pervaded in the mornings and evenings making it smelly on the porch.

The property was mediocre, the flooring in what could be called the master bedroom which is also the front door you could see the sub flooring. The toilet was incredibly small the shower had strong flow of hot water and decent space. The power towels in the kitchen were still in the plastic it came in but was molding on the bottom. There is 2 tv's but only one remote worked for either tv.

Great location and views as this is a third floor property. On a small street, so beachfront is not very crowded. You just might need to bring a few extra supplies. There were no cutting boards or storage containers, and only 5 of each type of dish and silverware.

My spouse, our baby, my dad and I stayed there and it was very comfortable. The listing when I booked it said two bedrooms+two baths. There's only one bathroom there. It is a great place but it is bare bones. No frills no extra anything. Good thing we knew about that part so we were prepared. Honestly though I would rather it be clean like it was and have to get a couple extra things. Instead of having to live with deal with dirt and grime. We would definitely stay there again.

Location is Good
Fantastic location, just steps from a public beach access point. This condo is very sparsely stocked from a kitchen standpoint, and there weren't enough towels for 4 of us, no bathmat was provided. Just some additional common comforts would really make this a good place to stay. Saying that, the island was great, fantastic food & shopping - we will be coming back to Topsail!

We loved the top floor and enjoyed the porch. It was nice for a few days but might have been hard to stay the week. Washer and dryer were not on the same level and had to pay to use it. Communication with property manager was excellent. Very Clean
