"We spent a couple nights in Ballarat at Kevin and Anna's property. We were met at the gate by Kevin, who gave us a brief tour of the home. The property is beautifully appointed with modern appliances, and was exceptionally clean. The bottle of fresh milk in the fridge was very appreciated. We found the bed super comfortable, and enjoyed the opportunity to sit in comfort at the end of long days sight seeing. "

"Positives- Clean, spacious, older building, easy selfcheckin, perfectly placed short stroll to train station and main road/eateries, plenty of milk for cuppas. Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm."

"Not up to the standard expected from a Stayz property. Advised by Heather we couldn't check in until 3pm so it was 'perfect'. However on checking in, it was not perfect. Property not advertised as a garage conversion, (low ceilings, dark), but rooms large. Great bathrooms. Several trip hazards in house. Kitchen - haphazard. Not clean, unsafe electrical items (small oven/cooker) sitting on top of microwave and leaning against wall. Bathroom taps came off/loose. Outdoor area in the driveway next...
