"This property was very clean , comfortable and in a great location The staff were extremely friendly and check in was seam less . Having the tavern right next door was fantastic and there was a shopping centre about a 2 minute walk away with everything you need . The price of the rooms were great and the parking was safe and secure right near the hotel . We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area next time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s ffrlm us "

"Lovely room in big house with shared spaces. Michael was a great host, very easy to communicate with and was welcoming and understanding when we arrived late. Loved the layout and design of the house, I can see it being easy to share with others. I will say the Wotif ad was a little confusing, saying things like "this room has a private patio/balcony" which is untrue, but the shared outdoor space was lovely. "

"The location, the price and the safety of this property made it a good place to stay so we could enjoy the Peninsula. The bed was very comfy and it was nice to have a wardrobe to hang your clothes in. The basic apartment we were in needs a good paint job but it is on the list to be done so that’s excellent. The only thing missing is Wifi and a dvd player"

"Brooklands is a quaint motel on a site that included some history of Mornington. Everything worked fine, room was cleaned daily and we had parking in front of the unit. We were near down town - 10 minute walk."

"The location is amazing as you have direct access to beach and when you are finished at beach you can use the facilities of the swimming pool and the hot tub. The children play ground is good however we didn’t find the trampoline pillow. What wasn’t good was there is no bath within the cabins so hard when wanting to bath young toddler who aren’t keen on a shower. Also not all rooms have a ceiling fan so warm in bedroom without a ceiling fan. The bed quality is terrible as the springs can be...
