"My entire family spent our Christmas at this property and it was unforgettable! There was plenty of room for all the individual families and the grandkids LOVED the tree room of bunk beds. The christmas decorations were wonderful and the view of Bear Lake is gorgeous. The host was very quick to respond and kind enough to let us check in early. "We stayed for a few days and had a great time. The property was really clean, nice, and just as spacious as the photos indicated. There were some toys, a play area downstairs for kids, and a fully enclosed deck, which was very safe for the kids. The check-in process was smooth, and check-out was fairly easy. It is 15-30 minutes to different beaches on Bear Lake and 5-10 minutes from a grocery store and food places in Garden City. Great location. "

"We stayed there for our family reunion, but only had one daughter and her family come with four children. We all had a blast on the Pickleball court and the playground and spending time at ideal beach and boating at epic. We loved our stay it had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time."

"We spent a week at this house. There was plenty of room, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of parking and it was nice to use the garage. We saw a lot of animals (deer, moose, wild turkeys and such. Beautiful view. The only negative was that we couldn’t get into the pool and other amenities, we needed a little more information on that. "We met my sons and their wives for a couple days and enjoyed the hot tub and cabin. We made our own meals and found all the pots and dishes we needed to feed our group. We love that each couple had their own bathroom and bedroom. Enjoyed some games and dinner out one night. The cabin was clean and very convenient with nice views!"
