"Let’s start with the negative…I am only allowed to rate the property on 5 stars, instead of a WELL DESERVING 10!!! This place is amazing! The home (not house, there is more than enough character to go around which puts it on another level as far as I’m concerned) is located conveniently off the highway and is situated on meticulously maintained grounds. "The cabin was great! It was clean and very well maintained! We loved the outdoor space and the location. Close to town, but out far enough that we could enjoy the quiet and the stars at night. The only thing we found challenging was the shower set up. Quite a step up to get in and the shower curtain was a little long and a little bit of a hazard. Otherwise we had everything we needed and we were very comfortable."

The property is gorgeous, and centrally located between Lexington and Louisville, The house is immaculate and perfect for a trip like this. "We had a lot of fun. The place was not as clean as I like. Lots of spiders and cobwebs. TV’s didn’t work one did 2 didn’t. Air conditioners we had 2 one worked one didn’t so a little hot at night.In all we had a really good time beautiful place and the horses amazing."
