"Firstly, Maldon is an absolutely beautiful town that you really must experience, but if it's a relaxing secluded and private getaway that you are after, consider staying at the Cozy Cottage. Located a bout 10 mins walk and 2 mins drive from the town centre, this amazingly quiet and conveniently placed studio is just what you need, no more, no less. "We absolutely loved this property - it had the old feel of the original cottage but was beautifully renovated but had everything we needed for a modern ,comfortable stay There wasn’t anything that hadn’t been thought of - all the modern appliances, luxurious bathroom products and bedding and even a few books and games for the kids .communication the Bree the owner was excellent We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends "

"This cottage ticked all the boxes for us -comfortable, well-furnished, and cute as a button. The bedroom has good bedside lamps for reading and we slept well. The kitchen and living space are well designed and attractively styled. The air-con cools the house nicely, and the fireplace looks very inviting for the winter months. But lovely as the interior is, our favourite spot was the front porch with its sunny aspect and restful view of trees. Hard to say who liked it more - us or our kelpie....

"We had a great stay at the property, it was exactly what we needed! The property is conveniently located being so close to town (walking distance). The kids loved their bedroom, the games provided, and the Easter treats were a very sweet touch. The whole house was very comfortable and plenty of amenities. Would love to stay again."

"The double spa bath is very welcome and decadent. The exterior is fun and has a luxurious cottage feel. Outside of that the cottage felt underwhelming, tired and in need of some repair. The bathroom needs regrouting, the vanity light wasn't working, the bed felt small, the main TV kept restarting and the light in the kitchen had a cardboard-box shade. All the appliances felt tired and in need of replacement. For the amount paid, it felt more like a 3 star than a 4 or 5 star stay."

"We had a nice couple of days staying at this place.David greet us personally and showed around.Very clean and inviting atmosphere.Lots of games, many old cd’s that was lovely to watch.Surroundings are the best, so nice and quiet.Lovely to wake up by yourself without cars honking and other noises, just random cockatoos and kookaburras screaming at each other .Would love some breakfast food in the pantry, but otherwise all was perfect."

"Great location. Clean. Wasn’t a fan of having to pull out microwave plug or kettle to plug in toaster. Found it rather odd that these appliances were more than close to the sink and awarded to get to. The cottage probably would be perfect for a young couple. Older people would prefer privacy when showering. "
