"Het vakantiehuis was heerlijk en mooi gelegen aan de Elbe. Het was er rustig en toch op loopafstand van bad Schandau. Met de gastekaart heb je gratis OV, dus de auto kan in de garage blijven. "

"Die Wohnung ist sehr toll u entsprach der Beschreibung. Das Beste war der Pool, den wir täglich genutzt haben. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man sich wünscht und braucht. Der Ort hat ein tolles Restaurant, man kann spazieren u ist super schnell in Dresden, Görlitz undan der Elbe."

"Vermieterseits wurde auf eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe bestanden und bis 30 Minuten vor Ankunft mehrfach ebenso kommuniziert. Empfangen wurden wir nicht, stattdessen telefonisch durch einen Hintereingang und muffigen Keller in das baufällige Objekt gelotst. Die Wohnungstür war offen und ließ sich auch nicht abschließen. Auf erste Beanstandungen am Telefon wurden nicht eingegangen. Neben einer einfach, aber gut ausgestatteten Küche fanden wir viel Dreck diverser Vorgänger auf Böden,...

"Great place for a family stay. From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The accommodation was very spacious, with a nice garden (fenced, so that our dog could enjoy the grass). The beds were also very comfortable. Our host was also provided a small welcoming gift for the dog, and while we haven't seen her, we could always reach her father, who lived nextdoors and was also very helpful."

"Wir sind planmäßig angereist und mussten feststellen, dass das Objekt bereits vermietet ist. Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar. Seine Eltern bedauerten das sehr, konnten uns aber nicht weiter helfen. Die Buchung wäre nicht eingegangen. Wir hatten aber die Bestätigung über Fe-Wo direkt bekommen und das Quartier bereits bezahlt. Es wurde uns keine Alternative Unterbringung angeboten oder organisiert. So waren wir abends mit 4 Kindern ohne Quartier. Am nächsten Tag wurde auf unser Nachhaken, die...

Excellent-with some remarks

"Everything was fine. Excellent and friendly service Two suggestions to the manager: 1. This category of hotel usually offers tea/coffee facilities in the room- keep this standard 2.The bed was quite uncomfortable- two single mattresses of poor quality . On a king or queen bed- put a matching mattress not two put together "

"This hotel is NOT a smoke-free property! The Hotel Evabrunnern is terrible. It does NOT have air conditioning. Our room was on the third floor and we had to keep window open to try to keep the room livable, but people were smoking outside on the roof top. I complained, and we changed to a smaller room with courtyard access saying "usually people don't smoke there." Within minutes of entering the room, people were talking loudly outside (23:00 hours) and then an older German woman, who didn't speak any English, decided to smoke right next to our window. I went to complain again, but the receptionist said they can't change our room and smokers are allow to be in a courtyard. All night we didn't have good rest, sleeping in hot room with smoke. The next morning at 07:00 another German woman decided to smoke in the courtyard outside our window. Open window meant BIG BUGS in the room! The hotel needs serious renovation; it is run down with old furniture and carpet, and dirty tiles in the shower. No drinking water or a kettle is provided in the room. The towels were HORRIBLE! They felt like they were made of sandpaper. The breakfast area was very crowed, have to constantly ask for hot water to make tea. The juice and other food ran pout quickly and replenishment took some time. The two servers were doing a poor job, and there was only one SLOW coffee maker for 20 people. It was constantly running out of water and milk. The food was very limited, and there were no pastries!"
