The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. "Fantastic place directly in the old town. Rooms where modern, clean and spacious. Room was quiet. Bed where comfortable and the is a heater if you need it. Comes with a kitchenette if you prefer to cook small meals. A full fridge and washing machine if you must. Staff where friendly, polite and informative. The shower had quick hot shower with plenty of room in the bathroom for everything. Good value for money would happily stay again."
