Apartment Chesterfield - Sliema - Malta

Chesterfield Holiday Apartment is a highly finished, modern decorated apartment situated minutes away from Balluta Bay and from St. Julian's. Centrally located and close to all amenities including bus facilities, shops, restaurants and discos.

This bright and airy apartment is on the third floor and it is served with lift. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room ensuite, kitchen/living/dining (fully equipped) and is fully air-conditioned (metered).

At roof level (also served with lift) one can find a laundry room and a bbq area, where during the day you can enjoy our wonderful sun whilst in the evening (during summer) you can watch fireworks of some of the maltese feasts.

There is a cleaning fee of 30€ that has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

"Het is een keurig schoon en volledig ingericht appartement. Met veel aandacht ingericht, goede bedden en een dakterras. Meer dan voldoende linnengoed. Fijn was dat er boodschappen voor een ontbijt, koffie en thee klaarstonden. De omgeving is leuk in de straat zelf een kruidenier met heerlijk vers brood, vlakbij restaurants en winkels. Väldigt fräsch, välstädad och trevlig lägenhet. Hiss i hela huset, även upp till terassen och tvättstugan på 4:e våningen. 5-6 trappsteg från gatan till hissen. Dorianne (ägarinnan) var väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående, hjälpe oss bl.a. med att boka taxi till och från flyget, restaurangbokning och hemleverans av mat. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boende. ****************** Very fresh, tidy and nice apartment. Elevator throughout the house, even up to the terrace and laundry room on the 4th floor. 5-6 steps from the street to the elevator. Dorianne (the owner) was very helpful and accommodating, by booking a taxi to and from the flight, restaurant booking and home delivery of food. We really recommend this accommodation. Perfect Location
This spot is excellently located, close to shops, dining, asn transportation in a nice, safe neighborhood. Dorianne is very accomodating and resposive, arranging a taxi to and from the airport for us, responding immediately when we had a issue with the air conditioning, and in general a great help and resource. We will have wonderful memories of this trip and will stay here again when we return.

Appartamento curato, grande, rispondente a quanto indicato nell’annuncio, dotato di aria condizionata e wi-fi ben funzionante. Molto comodo il terrazzo sul tetto e la lavanderia.Proprietaria disponibile e cortese.L’ appartamento si trova nel cuore di Sliema, abbastanza vicino alle fermate dei bus e al lungomare, per arrivare al quale c’è da fare una strada in discesa.

Großzügiges Appartement im Herzen von Sliema
Das Appartement liegt im 3. Obergeschoss, die zugehörige private Dachterrasse ist über das Treppenhaus erreichbar. Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Dorianne hat uns auch zur späten Stunde unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen, selbst ein paar Lebensmittel und eine Flasche Wein standen für uns bereit, was wirklich hilfreich war, da wir erst Samstag Abend nach 23 Uhr eintrafen. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt auf einer interessanten Insel!
Im Oktober 2017 haben wir einige sonnige Tage auf der Insel verbracht und für uns ist Malta ein ganz besonderes, interessantes und sehr reizvolles Ziel! Es gibt einiges zu entdecken, das meiste ist mit dem Bus oder der Fähre schnell, gut und günstig zu erreichen (Valetta, Golden Bay etc.). Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und liegt überaus zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Meer und die Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und Bars nach ca. 7 Min. Fußweg erreicht, ebenso die Busstation. Die Vermieterin Dorianne hat sich zuverlässig, nett und freundlich um unser Wohlergehen bemüht, den Transport vom Flughafen organisiert und sogar eine Flasche Wein und Lebensmittel bereit gestellt. Es gibt nur wenige Strände auf der Insel, man kann aber sehr gut von den Felsplateaus aus ins Meer steigen und schwimmen. Das Klima auf Malta ist angenehm, es gibt kaum irgendwo so viele Sonnentage im Jahr. Alles in allem also ein wunderbarer Trip, den wir bestimmt wiederholen werden!

Very clean and modern apartment. Has all amenities needed.
Unit is a very short walk to major Sliema shopping district, resturaunts and bus routes. Spinola Bay, Balluta Bay, St. Julian's to Sliema promanade just minutes away. Dorianne is a terrific hostess.

Recommendable
It was one of our best decisions to rent this flat for our holidays in Malta. The apartment is as described and very well-kept. Not far away from Balluta Bay, bus stations to all directions and good restaurants guests can enjoy the feeling of Malta. The airport transfer organised by Dorianne has worked very well. Thank you for your care. We can recommend the flat with good conscience and will come back to Sliema.

Morgens kann man gemütlich einen Kaffee auf der Terasse trinken oder Abends den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Die Gegend ist bis auf eine Kneipe in der Nähe sehr ruhig. Dorianne hat sich während des Aufenthaltes sehr gewissenhaft um sämtliche Anliegen gekümmert. Der Abgoldienst bei meiner Ankunft am Flughafen hat wunderbar geklappt. Bei der Wohnung kann man nichts bemängeln. Alles ist sehr sauber und sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Falls man etwas kochen will, kann fast alles in einem der Läden in der Nähe gefunden werden. Ich war sehr Zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Ein Besuch in Sliema lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. St. Julians liegt auch nur etwa 15 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Valletta kann von Sliema aus bequem mit einem Schiff, welches regelmässig verkehrt, erreicht werden.ich werde sicher bald wieder einmal dorthin reisen.

Excellente location, très bien située, accueil +++
Souhaitant passer deux semaines à Malte complètement libres pour visiter et être parmi les maltais (et non dans les zones hôtelières), nous avons chercher une location particulière et avons trouvé celle de Dorianne. Très bon contact dès le premier mail, explications claires sur la situation de la location, les équipements, le paiement, etc. Ce contact s'est ensuite traduit par un très bon accueil une fois arrivés sur place, et une grande disponibilité de Dorianne en cas de besoin et de bons conseils pour notre séjour. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description dans l'annonce, il est très bien équipé, très propre, récent et lumineux. Les balcons sont très agréables et la terrasse sur le toit aussi. Détail bien utile, Internet fonctionne très bien. A deux ou trois minutes à pied de Balluta Bay (sa place et son église) et donc de la mer, il est très bien placé (dans une petite rue calme à sens unique), à la fois dans Sliema pour se balader, se baigner, sortir, et même faire ses courses, mais aussi aller où sont tous les bateaux (Sliema ferries, excursions, liaisons avec Gozo, Comino, La Valette), et tout cela à pied. Il est aussi très bien situé pour visiter l'île, notamment par rapport au réseau de bus (arrêts à Balluta Bay, donc très proches) et il est facile de se déplacer en bus partout (nous avons tout fait en bus, très pratique). Au final, nous sommes très contents d'avoir trouvé cette location et la conseillons sans hésitation. Et si nous retournons à Malte, nous relouerons chez Dorianne sans se poser de question ! Voilà, on espère que cet avis sera utile, et désolés si certains se disent en le lisant qu'il n'y a aucun point négatif, mais on n'a franchement rien à dire de mauvais, tout était très bien.

appartamento bellissimo, funzionale, perfetto in tutto. Ringrazio ancora Dorianne, Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile per consigli o aiuti. Zona comoda ai servizi, ristoranti, locali, si raggiunge facilmente qualsiasi destinazione. scordatevi le spiagge della Sardegna, ma passeggiare la sera sul lungomare di St. Julian, visitare La Valletta e andare a vedere Gozo valgono un viaggio a Malta.

Appartement très agréable, propre et bien agencé, au troisième étage (ascenseur) d'un immeuble rénové avec un balcon sur une rue tranquille du vieux Sliema, un autre balcon sur cour et au quatrième étage une terrasse privée très agréable en soirée. Le calme à cinq minutes des plages, bus et supermarchés, et à quinze minutes du "strand" et des ferries côté Valletta. Idéal pour visiter Malte... L'accueil attentif et très sympathique de la propriétaire, un agréable vin local en cadeau de bienvenue, aucune mauvaise surprise : nous avons gardé un souvenir parfait de notre séjour. Excellente adresse.

"We very much appreciated the warm welcome, the time and attention that Dorianne gave to us at our welcome. She met us at the ferry, waited patiently while our pre booked rental car paper work was being finalized, and brought us to the apartment. The package of food and wine that she provided was well beyond anyone''s expectations. The apartment was exactly as shown on the site, it was very comfortable, and we loved the terrace and BBQ.
