"This is a reasonably nice place and when we first arrived we were quite impressed with the appearance and the location high up on the hill above the town but when we headed to the reception area we were greeted by the most unfriendly woman. A woman in her mid 40s (Frau Svetluse) spoke to me in German and told us we were much too early to check in and had to return at 2 pm. She also assured me we had a room that would work with my disability (I walk with crutches). She basically chased us...

"Roman bath and jacuzzi is the main attraction. Central location near the singing fountain. Parking in front of the hotel. Beautiful town. A long walk through the underground tunnel to the Roman bath."
