"My husband and I stayed there with my sister in law and her husband. There was a lot of space for us all. Very clean, comfortable beds, responsive owner. New kitchen items to make cooking meals easy. There was road noise but the sound machines helped. "

"House was clean cozy had everything you would need and dog friendly….Very close to town and many attractions.If I had anything to say it would be need more blankets for winter with people from Florida."

"I would give this property 20 stars if I could. It is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and never gets old. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was super clean. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was good for us. We did a lot of hiking so some days we had a longer drive than others. It was always nice to come back, relax, put something on the grill for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. Barbara's communication was great. Directions and check in/out was...

"We came to Laurel Ridge after Hurricane Helene hit western NC (we live in Asheville). Alisha was very responsive and flexible with our plans and needs, given our circumstances were so unstable and stressful. We were so grateful to find a place that allowed us to bring our two dogs. The wooded neighborhood is quiet and lovely."

"Clean and comfortable. But... master bed matress was too hard, shower and bathtub rneeded a non skid mat, larger bar of soap would be nicer. Would definitely return, had a good time overall."

"Just beautiful. This home met all of our expectations. My only regret it not staying longer. We found the home to be in excellent condition. The host was responsive and communicative. Immediately upon entering the home, we were greeted with a lovely smell. The style and layout also ensured privacy and comfort. Just wow. We did see a few cobwebs here and there but otherwise a perfect house! We will stay again next year!"

"We had a great time with two other families that we book an annual mountain trip together for the past four years. The place was amazing -super clean and very accommodating!We had a wonderful time and appreciated all of the amenities. The one suggestion would be to have better sheets (thicker) at least on the king bed -the sheets were super thin and the fitted sheet did not stay put. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable."
