"Lovely 150 year old historic hotel in the heart of the Opatija Riviera. The owners appear to be slowly renovating the place so that's good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. "We splurged and spent the night. This beautiful hotel. After a delicious buffet dinner we ventured down for a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Felt very good, but the temperature was not as warm as we would have liked. We did not use the other wellness facilities but would have liked to use the red light therapy room if time had allowed! Breakfast was wonderful. Fabulous pillows on the bed and we slept like babies! We felt spoiled!"
