Because of the Hotell policy, you felt not welcome. They needed dokuments for security for stay and they wanted passport something we by law should not deliver to orher, but Hotel can take copy under supervision. And when you come to the room it is not the big welcome to our hotel and hope you will have a nice stay. Instead you se a pricelist of fines you may have if you excessivly stain or torn bed sheets is EUR 100. I understand that you need to replace the item. But the price should be in accordance to the buing price of a new sheet for your company ant that is an completely different price. So my feeling after seeing this is that I am not welcomed and that you don't trust me at all and you want to take advantage of cutomers.

The accomodation is okay, it's clean but not to clean, the surrounding is also okay, dont expect a very clean area but it's also not to dirty. The building is on the brink of a good area with an Embassy close by but also with some buildings which has seen better times. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. We booked with breakfast which we got for 2 days but they also forgot to serve this for 2 days. Luckily there's enough dinner options and a supermarket close by.

Døgnåbent reception, som et ældre par passede. Værelserne var fine nok men vi fik en værelse på 4. sal og det var ikke en elevator. En dejlig altan og ca. 1.5 km ind til den gamle bydel og ikke rigtig noget i nærheden. Man skal helst have bil.

Bra hotell för pengarna. Rent. Frukostvärdinnan var vara för söt. Jätte trevlig och försökte verkligen prata engelska. Dock så fick man olika priser för utflyckter. Vi bokade resa till Kosovo med ägaren för 120 € tor sen när sonen kommer och ska köra oss ska han ha 40 € till. Och säger att 120 € var utan chaufför ?!? Sen säger han att han ska köra oss till flyget for free. När vi kommer till flyget ska han ha 25 €. Det handlar inte om pengarna utan mer om sättet. Vi skulle kunna bo på hotellet igen men skulle aldrig boka en utflyckt igen med dem då sonen ändrar priser då man är redo att åka.

Reasonable hotel close to the City centre

We stayed there for four nights, we are a family of five, so had two rooms. Owners were very accommodating as we asked to change rooms to be on the same floor. In hindsight, we realise that we sacrificed their best room that they had offered us. Rooms were clean but bathrooms need updating; the showers leaked and had a shower door missing. The hotel is in a quiet location and perfect for short stays if you are not expecting luxury! We spent a lot of time sightseeing and outside the hotel so it was fine for us.
