"I loved the hotel overall and its location in Tromso. Unfortunately, there was no electrical outlet near the bed for my Cpap machine and I had to run a cord all across the room to use it. A trip hazard and not comfortable. "

"We booked late having had to alter our flights. Unfortunately we were too late to eat anywhere in the area but the lovely receptionist offered us cookies and coffee. Our luggage didn’t arrive with us but again the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful this morning whilst we anxiously waited our luggage. She called us to let us know when it arrived - saving us a lot of money buying extra clothes!! "

"We really liked that on a Sunday it was possible to keep our room until 1700 at no extra charge. Centrally located and bus no 42 for the airport was 2 min walk."

"The hotel has a good location, very near to relevant places if you're going as tourist. The bed is quite small for two people but it's good enough to spend couple of nights there"
