The Ashfield House was a delightful place to stay. Lynne was especially helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding. We would highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay.

Lynn was amazing. She recommended places to visit and was very helpful. She enhanced our experience.
Amazing place to stay!
This is the third time we have stayed here, you are always made to feel welcome. The hotel is right in the heart of Grassington, where there are great walks and restaurants on the doorstep. We would highly recommend it.
Had an excellent overnight stay, lovely hosts & excellent breakfast.
Set in its own private gardens just a couple of minutes walk away from main square, plenty of good Pubs to choose from for eating out or just chilling watching the world go by.
Would definitely stay here again if in the area
Stayed for one night for our anniversary. Really lovely old style B&B. Very comfortable, great breakfast, parking and right in the middle of Grassington
This property is in the center of Grassington. Perfect location, quaint, clean and beautiful built in the 17th century, but with all the modern conveniences
We had a wonderful stay at Ashfield House. The room was clean, comfortable, peaceful and the lovely little extras were much appreciated. The house is in the village just a short walk from The Devonshire pub. The breakfast was lovely and the hosts were very welcoming. Thank you for making our stay a pleasurable one.
Grassington is a really picturesque village, the property is right in the heart of the village, good pubs etc. We had 2 full days and did long walks along the River Wharfe each day - beautiful countryside. Comfort, condition & eco are all rated high considering the property is apprx 400 years old. The breakfast is top notch whatever your diet, and lots of it!
One caveat - the driveway is very narrow with stone walls - a big car could be a problem.
Lovely property in the heart of Grassington. Lynn was welcoming and helpful, though a two-hour check-in window seems restrictive. Breakfast was outstanding. Breakfast staff was especially charming.
Great location, just off main square of Grassington and parking too. Received watm welcome and room was warm, cosy and clean with the little touches like processo and Christmas candy canes appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and high quality too.
Excellent 5* B&B with Lynne and her lovely team. Made to feel at home straight away and extremely relaxed. Superb breakfast and friendly service. Fantastic location with amazing walks on the doorstep. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for a future break!!
Ashfield House was excellent from start to finish. Very welcoming hosts, really comfortable room and probably as good a breakfast as you could have (or want)!
Highly recommended.
The property was centrally located for the village square but set back enough to be quiet in the evening, the garden was beautiful and highly maintained. The breakfasts were exceptionally good with quality products used. Parking and manovering was a bit tricky but overall an excellent stay .
Enjoyed a lovely overnight stop. Room clean and cosy. Free prosecco a nice touch. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Ample parking spaces. Very close to main square but tucked away down a quiet lane.
Atmospheric and cosy bed and breakfast, with a good range of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the village.
The room was just right for a three night stay, though the softish bed doesn’t suit everyone, and our room was a bit on the small side. One small suggestion - fresh fruit at breakfast perhaps?
Other than that, a terrific place to stay for a break in the Dales
Grassinton is a quaint village in West Yorkshire. The Ashfield House is in the centre of the village and is equally quaint but with all the facilities you would expect to find in upmarket accommodation.
