"Great experience at the hotel. Reception staff very friendly and knowledgeable. It advertised a "light" dinner but it's more than a light dinner as it certainly exceeded expectations 1 hot meal which changes daily with a salad bar and soup on other. They hot drinks available 24 hours a day and some sweet treats in the afternoon all included in the stay. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices and options. My partner is gluten free and they brought her bread and a chocolate buffet out for her. Great service for gluten free guests. Bedroom was very spacious and clean. Comfy beds too. 5 stars stay in a great location a few minutes walk to the train station. Would recommend highly."

"Nice big hotel. Grand reception area. Rooms are getting tired and need an update. Lights missing in the room. No room comforts like coffee or tea facilities. Pool is a nice area but again needs updating as it’s very worn. "

"This property was big and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the heated floors in the bathroom were amazing on cold mornings. You can’t beat the central location - one night I was able to watch a Christmas concert from the living room window. There are lots of toys that my niece and nephew enjoyed when they visited. Challenges that can be easily fixed: I didn’t get the key to the condo until 7 hours after the check in time, communication by phone with the host was challenging, all of the host’s clothes are in the closets and drawers so I was not able to unpack my suitcase for my weeklong stay. Overall it was a great location and I would return! "

"It's a nice place but seriously overpriced, even for Norway. A nice enough buffet for 800NOK! 500NOK for 6 ocean crayfish. 350ke for 2hrs late checkout? Come on. Sure, the location is nice and the view is great and the breakfast is fine. But it's too much. "
