"The staff was very friendly and had wonderful suggestions for places to it according to what we were seeking. Copenhagen reservations are highly recommended so it was handy they were able to make bookings. I was very lucky that when I arrived at 9 am they had a room available for me so I could get clean and get outside exploring. Truly excellent service. The "lobby" being more of a glam living room was my vibe. I always felt safe and the trains are so close by! Thank you to all at Grand Joanne! "
