"there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges"

"Room: Stayed just a few nights. Small room and small bathroom. Shower was big though but 1 shower head (2 of them) didn't work properly, but no big problem! It was an average room in general, fine for a few nights. Noise: My main problem as I'm sensitive. I asked to change but they were fully booked. "Apart from finding the address, even with GPS, it was worth the effort. Good sized clean room, plenty of facilities including snooker table and stunning views over the Tatra mountains. You need a car to go to Zakopane or anywhere else! Owner helpful, but hard to track down. Good value for money, worth a visit."
