"No WIFI. No response to emails. Very small towels. Moldy smell from bathroom. No lift (it is written in the advert but it doesn't say that it is a 3rd floor apartment, not great with suitcase). Very clean, spacious and very modern apartment. Suggest that there is an information page printed and left in the apartment with key info. It is crazy that you can find 30 wifi networks when you turn on the computer but there is no info on which network to use (the email info is wrong)."

"My wife and I stayed in the Nordbyhus Apartamenty Angielska Grobla for two nights in June 2024. We loved this place! The Apt is very spacious, clean, modern, is reasonably priced and has everything you need. It is in a perfect location, very close to the old town. The apt is also very quiet as it is located within a large apartment complex, so we slept very well. We appreciated the large, well-appointed kitchen and the washing machine as we are on an extended trip and needed to wash clothes....

"Communication should have been better. Property to report at and where actual stay was were in a major road works area. Noise was not too bad but access difficult. Kitchen equipment was ample but little things missing or not functioning. Plug in kitchen sink not working, bo cleaning brush for dishes and no wiping cloths to clean with - and only 1 flimsy drying cloth."

"This apartment is in an excellent locarion. A clean, quiet, and neat apartment with lovely interior decor and all amenities.The communication with Grand apartment was friendly and supportive. I just missed a tea towel and some hand soap in the bath room. Would definetly recommend."

"It was a very lovely stay, the apartment itself is very well furnished and modern. Very comfy bed and good sleep. Something that I think the apartment could do with improving, but they are just mainly personal preference. I think they could install blackout blind for the bedroom. The shelf above the kitchen sink can be difficult to open(both strength and height) for some. Could also do with a floor mat outside of the bathroom so you're not leaving bathroom with wet feet(maybe they're there but...

"The apartments are a good size and well furnished and are just around the corner from the main hotel where you check in. They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. There was a bit of noise from building work going on in the vicinity which did annoy one of the couples we were travelling with but our apartment was fine. "Very welcoming reception clean and very comfortable bed. Probably the cleanest bathroom I’ve used over the last few years. Perfect location very close to everything you need for your stay in Gdansk. Even a great Irish bar slap bang next door. Overall a very pleasant stay and great location. "

"Verry clean hotel and room. Verry nice staff especially waiters during breakfast and the breakfast also was amazing. Wellness: quite big pool with warm water, steamroom and sauna. Jakuzzi is more bath with bubbles but also OK ;) Location: perfect - closse to main street and restaurants. WiFi OK "

"We stayed 3 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. Kids thought this was the best accommodation of the trip. Great location. Very quiet and clean. Breakfast was okay for the price. Staff were accommodating with our late arrival and early morning departure. Also made up a sofa bed for us at very short notice which was appreciated m. Close to everything you would like to see and it’s very walkable. World War 2 museum is a must. Great restaurants are close by. Very near to the main part of the old town with beautiful buildings. Would stay again for sure. "

Modern, stylish and comfortable

"I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was modern, quiet, comfortable and spotless. I especially liked design choices they used for the room decorations. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is very close to the train station, probably a two minute walk. I will definitely stay here again during my next trip to Gdansk. "
