Unique Old General Store Studio in Skaneateles

Enjoy a piece of history during your stay in the former Mottville General Store. Convenient to The Sinclair, The Lodge and Frog Pond, this is the perfect location to get ready with friends for weddings and events. The open living space features the stores original built in shelves and counter. This studio apartment has two sleeping areas, each with a queen size bed. The outdoor space offers a porch with seating & backyard with a grill. 3 minutes to the center of Skaneateles!

Joseph and Bailey are available at any time and live locally.

Located in the hamlet of Mottville, at the end of the Charlie Major Nature Trail. There is a small playground at the entrance to the trail. You can walk the trail to the Last Shot Distillery and Skaneateles Brewery, where they frequently host live music and food trucks.

Just next door you can visit the Mottville Emporium for interesting vintage and thrift finds, local eggs and more.

Just up the road is Willow Glen Cafe for great diner breakfast and lunch, also serving dinner on Fridays.

A short 1.5 mile drive puts you in the center of the Village of Skaneateles, where you can enjoy the lake, dining, shopping and more.
