Newly remodeled 2bd/2bath pet friendly short walk to village

Summary:
Newly remodeled September 2020! 2 King beds, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), washer, dryer, central air/heating. Complete renovation, brand new flooring, windows, cabinetry, appliances, granite countertops, ensuite bathroom, laundry room. New queen sofa sleeper. Pet friendly and close to everything! The entire property compound has two other units (a 1 bed/1 bath upper unit and a 2 bed/2 bath in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house currently under renovations that will be completed by July 2022. All building combined, will be able to accommodate 30 people (maximum). Please note Email us for more information.

The Space:
Great space for entertaining in the large kitchen and fantastic for families and groups.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the private 2 bedroom Cottage Apt. including a large backyard. Note - there is a separate one bedroom unit above with its own entrance and another stand alone Carriage House/building on the same property. The deck is private to this unit but the yard is shared with the 1 bed upper unit.

The Neighborhood:
Close to Mirbeau Inn & Spa and the Village!

Getting Around:
Walk, or drive to the village just 1 mile away. Plenty of parking.

The property was perfect for our stay because of its proximity to the NY State Fair and to the Village. The rental property was clean and quiet and the deck was a great place for us to relax after a long day. We would definitely rent again.

The apartment was spotless. It would be perfect for two couples and was more than enough room for my husband and I. All updated and comfortable king sized beds. The owners were responsive but not intrusive. We hope to be able to book again in the future as we loved the town as well.

Perfect for Sisters’ Gathering
Every few months, my sisters and I get together for bonding time. This property accommodated us perfectly. Two bathrooms, king sized beds, a comfy living room, and kitchen/dining area provided ample space for us to feel at home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here next year when we get together again.

Amazing 2 + Bedroom Stay
We were in Skeneatles for a wedding and this was perfect. My mom had the king en-suite room and we had the other king while our 16 year old son had the rollaway. It was so neat and clean and modern - I just wish we were there longer so we could have cooked and bbq'd and really got to enjoy the stay! We loved it - thanks for all the attentive emails and texts too with check in and during our stay. We will come back someday hopefully!

Beautiful getaway
This place has it all. Close to town but far enough for peace and quiet. It is beautifully done with anything you would want. We enjoyed sitting on the deck grilling and sipping wine. After which we turned in for a good night sleep in a comfortable bed. Host was more than accommodating. Had a drain problem which was addressed immediately. If your looking for a place in Skaneateles this is the place for you.

Finger Lakes Gem
Couldn't have been better! The apartment was immaculate, spacious & beautifully furnished, just as depicted in the listing. We found the town of Skaneateles to be charming with just the right mix of unique shops & delicious restaurants. Just over an hours drive to Watkins Glen or Taughannock Falls for hiking. Be sure to pick up the "Freeman Map" showing the many Finger Lakes wineries, breweries, distilleries & cheese shops. Have fun! We can't wait to return!

Roomy and clean
This is a two bedroom house, 2 bath. The kitchen is large, and decently appointed. Very clean! Excellent communication with the property manager. Quiet, even though it is on a main road. Rarely heard the people in the unit above. If I was in the area again I would try to stay here. If you are bringing pets make sure they know, there is a separate set of house rules for pets. The only (minor) shortcoming is the lack of cooking supplies, such as oil, and everyday spices. This place would be fantastic if they brought back the starter basket. Good supplies of towels, sheets, and toilet paper.

We loved having a short vacation at your beautiful unit. It was so well equipped and comfortable. The two bedrooms and baths were roomy and nice. The kitchen was large and homey with more than everything that we needed. Location was great.

We had a great experience in Skaneateles, and our home and location were a big part of it. The house was super clean, well appointed, with large bedrooms, kitchen and outdoor space. Parking was available right in front of the home. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Cozy Home
We visited Skaneateles during their annual Charles Dickens event. It was a perfect way to kick off the holiday season, relax and spend time in the area. The home was easily accessible to town, was peaceful and had all amenities needed. The home was also extremely clean and Debbie was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. We highly recommend the property any time of the year!
