Shared lake access is complete with two kayaks and a dock; a private Har-Tru tennis court for lively matches with family and friends, and an acre of level, well manicured grass to truly disconnect.

We stayed during Syracuse U graduation. It was a charming cottage and so nice to get away from the crowds in town when not at a ceremony.

Excellent property and very responsive host
We rented the property for a family wedding weekend in Skaneateles and it was great for my wife, her sister and our twin 8 year olds. The kids loved the water and all the space to run in the yard and the adults enjoyed the fire pit, tennis courts and cozy living area/kitchen. Excellent property and will definitely be back for more stays. Had a few questions for the host during the stay and he was able to respond within minutes. Great experience overall!

Upscale Cabin in the Woods
We loved our stay! The cabin has been fully renovated with new appliances, a smart TV, upscale furnishings, and comfortable beds with high quality linens. We enjoyed the beach/dock on a daily basis. The cabin is within 20 steps from well-maintained clay tennis courts. We highly recommended this home. We'll be back for another visit next summer!
