Spacious home, perfect for the whole family or a large group of friends! Located just off the Charlie Major Nature Trail and a short walk to the Skaneateles Brewery&Distillery. Convenient to The Sinclair, The Lodge & Frog Pond. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, separate office space & laundry room. Crib, changing table and high chair as well. Front porch dining table, side porch seating area, backyard grill and table. 3 minute drive to the center of Skaneateles!

Located in the hamlet of Mottville, at the end of the Charlie Major Nature Trail. There is a small playground at the entrance to the trail. You can walk the trail to the Last Shot Distillery and Skaneateles Brewery, where they frequently host live music and food trucks.

Just next door you can visit the Mottville Emporium for interesting vintage and thrift finds, local eggs and more.

Just up the road is Willow Glen Cafe for great diner breakfast and lunch, also serving dinner on Fridays.

A short 1.5 mile drive puts you in the center of the Village of Skaneateles, where you can enjoy the lake, dining, shopping and more.

Everything we needed for a family of 5 for a short stay. Great communication, comfortable house, and close to town.
