Summary:
This property features a newly renovated Carriage House, private 2 story unit featuring an open floor plan with an eat in kitchen, living room, full bath, private deck & a brand new addition of a 2nd bedroom on the main/first floor. The upper level features a full size bath, 1 queen & 1 full size bed w/ half wall for partial separation. A semi-handicapped walk-in shower w/ bench is on main floor. This unit sleeps 6 & can accommodate 8 people w/a very comfortable queen size pull out sofa bed. The entire property compound has two other units (a 1 bed/1 bath Upper unit with a 2 bed/2 bath lower unit in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house currently under renovations that will be completed by July 2022. All building combined, will be able to accommodate 30 people (maximum). Please note Email us for more information.

The Space:
Fully furnished with linens, livingroom and kitchen ammenities. Our suites are located on Genesee Street a short walk, bike or drive to the center of the village just minutes away. If you're looking for a rental property that is convenient to the village and can accommodate your group or family with all the amenities of home you've come to the right place!

The rental is just a 2 to 3 minute drive to the quaint, lovely town of Skaneateles on the most beautiful lake I've ever seen. Great shopping in the little stores in town. The carriage house we stayed in was immaculate, updated, nicely decorated and well appointed. We felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. Communication with rental agent was perfect. Nice, clean place
We were very comfortable here for a few-day stay. The host was communicative before and during the trip. It was a bit more a walk into the town than I expected, so we drove most of the time, but there was always easy parking in Skaneateles.

The owner of the property was very communicative and responds right away to any questions you may have. The place was very clean and well maintained..linens and bedding were all very comfy! Kitchen area was more than ample in size and well stocked, everything looked new!! Would stay here again!! We enjoyed our stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable, and Debbie was easy to contact. We had a few questions about how to turn the heat on, and she responded right away! The backyard was a great place to drink morning coffee, and the house is close to town. We enjoyed doing some shopping while we were there!

First time taking our “Girls” (two small senior terriers) with us to see how they would handle a change of scenery. Everything you need
We rented this property because they allowed my dog to come along. We can’t board her because she’s very anxious so this property provided a great alternative. It’s hard to find “nice” places to stay that allow dogs. This property was clean and provided everything that we could ask for. The yard was huge for her to run around, it was close to town and the house was spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Home was super clean and well equipped. Pet friendly too. Our dog enjoyed the large yard. Location nice and very private. We had a small issue with heat but owner responded quickly and sent someone to fix it. First visit to Skaneateles and won’t be our last. We had a great time and will stay again. Highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at The Carriage House. It’s located just outside of town and quick (less than a minute) drive to Mirabeau and Rosalie’s Cucina, and a 2 minute drive into the village. The property was so clean and quiet. Loved sitting on the porch, and next time we plan to use the fire pit.
