"The property is a perfect location! It is clean and quiet. Perfect spot to check out all of Astoria and the Goonies filming sites. It’s a little tricky finding the entrance and GPS overshoots it by a little bit so you might need to make a U Turn. There seemed to be only two rentals on property and a main caretaker area so if you want this spot book it early. It’s perfect for four adults to stay comfortably but I wouldn’t recommend any more than four."

"We loved our stay! It was peaceful and relaxing. We loved how secluded it felt while being close enough for adventures. The scenery is beautiful. You'll have to be prepared to climb the stairs to the bed and the Internet was slow, however we overall enjoyed the "tiny home" living experience. The hosts were quick to respond, nice, and helpful."

Very cool that there are a bunch of little rentable spots on the same property so having a group go and stay is a possibility, while still having your own private space. "I and My Wife loved the view out the windows and from the patio. I was born in Astoria and this trip was a 70th Birthday wish by me. We liked the way the apartment was set up. and the stairs were easy to go up. the only thing we both did not like was the bar stools/dining table which was not good for my Back. can't sit on a bar stool chair due to a back injury.other than that the kitchen could use a better stove top."
