"Overall it was exactly what me and my wife needed for a hotel. Nothing too fancy but clean and in a good location geographically. The surrounding area is a little sketchy looking when you arrive however after a while you realize it’s really not that bad and nothing to worry about. "Communication well in advance of our stay was excellent, thanks to the diligence of the apartment Manager, Yiannis. The apartment is either brand new, or in excellent condition. It is spacious, bright, and well appointed. The location is also very convenient. We bought a Big Bus (similar to Hop on Hop off) ticket and found that stop 10 was walking distance to the apartment. "Beautiful apartment. All the necessary amenities provided and we slept really well here. The area is fine - I was slightly worried after reading some of the other reviews but actually felt safe all the time. The only reason I haven’t rated this 4/5 is that I had to chase for check in instructions a few times. When received the instructions were however very clear, so thank you for that. Also when leaving you have to leave the keys in the apartment which is tricky as we needed the keys to open...

"This property is in a quite area and is a short walk to the subway; an escape from the busy downtown core. Had troubles with the WiFi staff was able to proved a workaround. The only issue is that Expedia needed to communicate to property owner of my reservation, which they were not aware of. Other than that, the hosts are kind and friendly and the stay was excellent."

"The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because booking site said it had a mini fridge, coffee maker and it had neither. It did have a little sink and stove for heating (not sure if it worked). It did not have any dishes, pots, silverware or glassware so basically no use. Booking also said breakfast for 9 euros and there is no place on site for breakfest. You could walk to any restaurant in the area. I booked on Expedia."

Ignore the confusing check in instructions from Hotels.com the address on the website is the one to tell taxi drivers ; the hotel is on a corner so covers both address’s : no need to arrive then be taken to another location as they suggest . The area around the hotel is dodgy ; people shooting up on the streets prostitutes on the corners . Just be very aware of what’s going on around you "
