"The location in the forest, about 20 minutes from Vimmerby, made it possible to recover from day trips or spend a lazy day by the lake and learn to row on the available boat. The sauna was much appreciated on a rainy evening; thank you for the access despite the summer season. We enjoyed it very much."

"We loved staying in the this old house which has been renovated with great love. The surrounding is great: lakes to swim, Elks to seen in the nearby Elk park, a national park and of course the Astrid Lindgren World. This all has make it a perfect place to stay for us. Thank you so much! "

"We had a wonderful week in this small, but cozy old house. The landlord did a great job renovation it and we had everything we needed. Although a bigger sofa in the living room for everybody to sit on would be lovely :) The communication was uncomplicated and even though we booked very last minute, the landlord made everything possible for us to arrive the very same day! "Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt! Urgemütliches und super ausgestattetes Häuschen! Die Saunahütte im Wäldchen hinter dem Haus ist der Hit! Tägliches Blaubeeren-Pflücken auf dem Grundstück wurde zum Ritual. So stellen wir uns Schweden vor . ."

"Es handelt sich um eine Gartenhütte im großzügigen Garten des Besitzers. Sie scheint neu zu sein, es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vielleicht nicht geeignet für 2 Wochen Urlaub, aber für ein paar Tage absolut ausreichend. Tipp: eine Hecke pflanzen, un die Privatsphäre von Besitzer und Gästen zu erhöhen."

"exceeded expectations by miles. It is just in an amazing location, its an amazing place. I loved every second of being there. It was a piece of heaven in Sweden. The accommodation exceeded all expectations. It was amazing I give 10 out of 5,maybe 9.9 out of 5 as we had to buy a kettle ( we are English and we like tea ) :) Everything about the place is just amazing. My only mildly negative comment is that it would be nice to have some way to block the view of the main bedroom from the living...

"This is a very comfortable two bedroom and cosy cottage in a beautiful and quiet area on the outskirts of town. Our hosts were very patient with us and kind as we spoke no Swedish. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"This cabin was quaint and cozy. Everything seems to be original, except the indoor bathroom. Unfortunately, the hot water didn't work in the bathroom. The shower was lukewarm at best. Even worse, when the shower ran or the toilet flushed, there was a terrible smell from the floor drain.The water did get hot in the kitchen, but the faucet leaked and was difficult to turn off. Overall, this very modest rental is overpriced, even if the plumbing was functional."
