Magnificent T2 luxury apartment completely renovated in 2019.
It is 50m from 2 magnificent beaches and 150m from shops and restaurants.

The terrace overlooking the sea and the 10m2 swimming pool offers you a privileged space to observe boats or kite surfing from one of the deckchairs or high up on the hammock.
Excellent orientation: due south sheltered from the wind! The apartment is fresh (through) and bright.

The residence is the most popular in Sanary and Six-fours, formerly Pierre et Vacances, it offers a fabulous setting, in fact it is nestled in a green setting of 35ha fully protected. You will have direct access to the lake and its walks under the pines.
You can also take advantage of the tennis courts, pétanque, its tree climbing and its brand new Olympic swimming pool (50m).
The place is ideal for walking in the shade during the hottest hours.

Super localisation mais literie à revoir
Tout d'abord, je trouve que le lieu et la résidence sont vraiment géniaux. C'est un endroit vraiment joli et calme. Le plus gros problème reste le canapé convertible où il est tout bonnement impossible de dormir dessus, je ne sais pas comment les anciens locataires ont fait. Ce n'est pas un problème de matelas mais de sommier. On s'enfonce énormément dedans comme dans un hamac et on roule vers le milieu du lit... J'ai remarqué qu'une latte était cassée (mais elle seule ne justifie pas le problème du sommier), je l'ai fait remarqué à l'agence qui gère l'appartement : je n'ai eu aucun retour... Pareil pour la console de jeu, les manettes ne fonctionnent pas, pas de retour de l'agence... Le code de la résidence a changé pendant notre séjour et nous n'en avons même pas été informés, on s'est retrouvé coincé derrière le portail en attendant qu'un autre locataire nous fournisse le code. Et pour parler de l'agence, les deux personnes que nous avons rencontrés étaient très spéciales, peu avenantes ni sympathiques. Elles ne nous ont pas donné les bracelets de piscine dès notre arrivée car la piscine était soit disant fermée, alors que je remarque dès le lendemain qu'elle était ouverte... Résultat : deux jours où nous n'avons pas pu en profiter et en fin de semaine il pleuvait, nous n'y sommes allés qu'une fois finalement. A l'état des lieux de sortie, la personne n'avait pas ramené notre chèque de caution, elle ne nous a rien demandé, même pas si le séjour s'était bien passé.

Jolie pépite !
Nous connaissions la région, nous avons séjourné à Sanary à plusieurs reprises. Cette fois nous avons souhaité être de l'autre côté, et non n'avons pas été déçus, le coin est superbe, les balades, les plages, la vue sur les îles, l'eau limpide. Tout se fait à pied, l'accès aux commerces et à la plage est immédiat! Que dire sur l'appartement? Juste ce qu'il nous fallait, vue magnifique, tout confort, refait avec gout ! belle terrasse! La résidence est très bien et la piscine doit être géniale l'été! A refaire en haute saison !

Nous sommes un couple de retraités avec un petit chien. Le propriétaire est charmant, il nous a idéalement conseillé des bon plans de la région. La région est superbe, les plages sont propres et l'eau transparente. L'appartement a une vue magnifique sur les îles des Embiez que nous avons découvert... Splendide ! Très belle location

La location est vraiment très bien en tout point de vue, l'emplacement est vraiment excellent tout se fait à pied et la plage est à 100m comme tous les commerces de proximité. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes, très propre et lumineux , bon accueil, très bonne literie, vue superbe, terrasse idéale pour se reposer face à la mer. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le parc pour les balades c'est très agréable. Nous sommes allé au marché de Sanary à pied, c'est sympa de ne pas toucher à la voiture. Nous recommandons cette location.

Très bel appartement, à recommander !
Nous avons passé un très agréable court séjour dans cet appartement, nous avions déjà séjourné dans cette résidence du temps de Pierre et Vacances mais nous avons été très agréablement surpris, l'appartement a été refait à neuf avec beaucoup de gout et c'est certainement un des plus beau de la résidence. La résidence est top en face de la plage, dommage la piscine était fermée mais c'est un peu normal en avril. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment très jolie et bien abrité du vent. Le propriétaire a été très gentil avec nous, nous a donné beaucoup de conseils. Peut être une petite poêle en plus serait parfait, mais c'est juste pour dire quelque chose. Nous reviendrons très bientôt c'est certain!
