The room could have a bit of attention as some lights didn’t seem to work, there were no English TV channels working and the shower wasn’t fully attached. However the service more than made up for these little niggles!"

"Had an issue with a shelf falling when we hung somethings on the hanging rod, and air conditioning didnt work. Went to front desk and explained and they investigated and moved us to the next room. Which was good and we had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. Quite lovely."
