"The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings.
