"This has been a "Go to" property for us. It is great value for the money. It is getting a bit "Tired". The staff is always great. Restaurant and shopping are near by. You can easily walk to the train station and ride into Hamburg on the Metronom train. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Neugrabener Hof. The staff were accommodating, the room was clean and had more than enough room for our group of 3. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hamburg again."

"We chose a place to stay because it said it doesn't allow pets. To our dismay, when leaving we saw that the room below us had a meduim sized dog. Also there were moth holes and stains on the curtains, a thick layer of dust on the door, mould in the shower area and crumbs on my pillow. Breakfast was lack luster and the whole place had an air of neglect. We were also disturbed at 3am by loud conversations in the corridor. On the plus side, it was in a really beautiful, quiet, out of the way place. "
