Three-week stays:
Two mid-stay cleanings: One at the midpoint of the first week and another at the midpoint of the second week, each costing €90.
Final complete cleaning: At the end of the third week, costing €350.
Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.

Low Season:

Monthly rental: Water, electricity, and gas: €1,200, based on actual consumption.
Weekly rental: Heating supplement: €300 per week.
Option for Heated Pool at 30ºC: €250 per week.

Late Check-in:

From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €45.
After 12:00 AM: €70.

Amazing villa, relaxing area with beautiful views!!
We recently visited Barcelona to watch a football match, we decided to stay near Sitges to avoid some of the big city noise as well as to enjoy the beautiful coastline! Very glad we did! The villa was maintained to a very high standard and the setting was very stunning and relaxing. The villa is a little tricky to find, due to its secluded setting but the check in Manager Cristina was great and always on hand talk. If we stayed again we would rent a car to travel around the area, taxis were our biggest problem and often had long wait times - something that the host did mention prior to our stay. The outdoor terrace area and cross over in/outdoor spaces were the highlight of the property, even though we didn’t get the best weather. Unfortunately, when we stayed the pool needed some maintenance so we couldn’t use it but looks like a lovely feature when it’s working - views from the pool over the mountain and vineyards. In Sitges you have a lot of great bars and restaurants and lovely pebble beaches. Regular trains to Barcelona make a day trip there very easy too. I’d highly recommend staying here, amazing for a relaxing family (or two family) stay. Private and safe entrance also means kids can explore around the property whilst also being safe.

Great house with beautiful view!
Villa Los Pinos is a very spacious villa with a lot of outdoor space, a pool, different terraces, table tennis, and table football. It is up in the hills of Olivella, a 15-20 minute drive to the Boulevard of Sitges. It is a very peaceful green residential area. The villa has a ground floor with big kitchen and living room and bath room and a first floor with 1 big main double bedroom with bathroom, 2 smaller rooms with 2 single beds each and a small room with a double bed. The other three rooms share a bathroom. There is also a sleeping sofa upstairs on the corridor. The architecture of the villa is beautiful, the inside has not that much atmosphere. And the green lawn around the pool is not real grass. The check in was perfect. Definitely recommend it!

The stay was ok
The picture that is connected to this rewiew is not the right one for the house. The house var OK. The standard was medium. We liked the training facilities. It was windy, and the whole area and the pool had lots of needles from the threes all over. In the start of october, there is almost no sun in the garden because of the shadow from the house and the threes in the garden. The check-in and dialog was very good. We had ordered heated pool, that was not heated - but we were compensated. This was still a big disappointment, and we could not use the pool. The water in the sea was warmer. All in all ok, but we expected more.

La villa est belle et assez bien entretenue . Nous etions 12 mais je conseille la maison pour 10 pas plus . 2 familles avec enfants ou 4 couples par ex... les équipements sont ok en general , manque peut etre de plus grande casserole pour les grand nombre ... la tranquillité et le calme sont top . Il vous faudra la voiture pour chaque chose , course visite plage etc .... nous avons passer de bonnes vacances

Top Haus, sehr ruhig, guter Zustand
Tolles Haus mit tollem Pool in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten am Strand. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern super oder aber mit Freunden. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und der Außenbereich ist top. Gerne wieder!

Nice getaway house
The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable, pictures are accurate! When booking on Vrbo, it looks like the house is in Sitges on the map, but is actually a little bit far and you definitely need a car for anything you want to do. The fun is guaranteed, big warmed (if you ask an pay an extra) pool, ping pong table, barbecue place, great for family and friends! The price is not straight forward since they break it into pieces and it is hard to follow, I recommend the managers to simplify the price and payment process.

Prachtig huis
Heerlijk huis, fijne en vriendelijke gast vrouw. Het is alleen niet 0,9 km van het stadje sitges vandaan. Het is minimaal 15 min met de auto voordat je de bergen uit bent. Ook geen winkels in de buurt. Als je met de auto bent is het allemaal prima te doen. Het huis is mooi goed schoon en veel te doen. Beneden staan nog een tafeltennis tafel en voetbaltafel, ook is er een basketbal net en plek waar je dat kan spelen. Ook is er een PlayStation en speelruimte voor kinderen.

Great villa with superb outside space
This villa benefits from a superb outside space and good sized pool which offers areas of shade to escape the sun when required. The villa is a good size and has three good bedrooms, one with ensuite and dressing room. The fourth bedroom is located in the lower ground floor adjacent to garage/games room and has four mattresses which in our opinion is only suitable for children. The outside dining area is ideal for evenings.

Bonita casa en un sitio muy tranquilo
Hemos estado 9 noches en Villa Vista Verde. Nos recibieron muy bien a lo hora que habíamos quedado y había alguna bebida y algo para picar al llegar a la casa. Lo mas impresionante de la casa es el jardín con piscina y las vistas. Los días que hizo buen tiempo le disfrutamos un montón. Los días de peer tiempo hay suficiente que ver y hacer a los alrededores pero si necesitas un coche para todo. El no tener nada cerca, como un bar o supermercado, para poder ir paseando lo hechtmos de menos. La casa es amplia y tiene suficiente espacio pero no recomendaríamos ir con mas de 8 personas. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la sala de juegos. El servicio estupendo.
