Stay in a unique tower over the sea

This is a tower, a unique open space with a narrow spiral staircase that connects all three floors of the apartment.

The first floor is the one with lounge and kitchen and first bathroom. This is where you will also find the terrace overlooking the sea. Go up one floor you'll find the kids' bedroom with a bunk bed and a tiny bathroom. Keep going up and you will reach the top with the master bedroom and stunning views.

It is an semi-open space distributed on three floors.

Given the uniqueness of the space it is important guests understand it is not apt for young children up to 4 yo or people with mobility impediments.

Guests will be able to access the entire space

We do not live on the property but we are available for guests if needed. Guest can reach us via phone, email or text .

Though it is not in perfect conditions, this is a unique complex on a sea cliff. It is isolated from the rest of town and that's what makes it special.

Pets are welcome, but there will be an extra cost of 20€ per pet.

Nevertheless you can reach the beach and Sitges Marina in 5 minutes by foot. There you will find many restaurants and bars.

Punta Gaviota (the name of the complex) can be reached by car where you can easily park. You can reach Sitges downtown in 20 minutes by foot or simply by car or taxi.

The train tracks run not far from the complex. For the most sensitive it could be a bit noisy, most don't even notice it.


TAX AND REGISTRATION

Catalonia requires all guests to register passport details before arrival. You will receive an automated email asking you to do so at leat one week before your arrival. Please keep in mind this is mandatory.

NOTE: City tax will be collected at arrival.
