A short walk from either the South Meadow pool and tennis courts or the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center & Spa, this home comes well-positioned for a Black Butte Ranch retreat. Take advantage of endless opportunities for fun around the Ranch or relax at home with a spacious deck furnished for outdoor living and in-home entertainment including Ping-Pong.

Anchored by a beautiful rock fireplace, the sunken living room offers cozy comfort with gorgeous, natural wood paneling and plush leather sofas, plus a 50" TV. The vaulted living room ceiling gives you a wonderful, mountain chalet feeling. A nice-sized kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy at-home meal planning. There's seating for all at the beautiful farm table.

The upstairs primary is private and large with features including a private deck, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. There is a remote-controlled fan, a small desk with a chair, and a beautiful vaulted ceiling.

Enjoy a quiet, woodsy ambience on the spacious back deck and fire up the gas grill for a family cookout. There's a table with an umbrella for alfresco dining and plenty of deck-edge seating for outdoor get-togethers.

Black Butte Ranch has tons to explore and do, with miles of biking trails, on-site golf, shared pools, and tennis courts available. Nearby activities include skiing, hiking, and boating. Sisters is a short drive away, and Bend is only a little further if you're looking to enjoy additional shopping and dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
