"We had a fabulous time at the little country cabin. Though at first we were a bit surprised to be just a couple hundred feet from the main house, we felt we had the place to ourself. The walk to the creek was easy and there were chicken and deer to see along the way. I caught a beautiful large mouth bass on evening, too. It was a wonderful stress free weekend getaway. "

"The house was clean and tidy. We went and it was very cold due to the guest before us closing all of the vents in the house. Once we realize that this stay was fine. The house was in a great location. Not completely in Fredericksburg but close enough to all the wineries so that you can do wine tastings. "

"The location and the house was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the bunks and the playroom while the adults enjoyed the main living room. There was plenty of space to roam about in the yard and the pool was a perfect size for our group of 12. The pool was cold because the weather to a shift to colder overnight temps. However we were able to enjoy the patio. One morning we were lucky enough to see deer in the back yard. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of spices to choose...

"We had a long weekend so we took advantage of the time and went to Boerne. We shopped, ate, and took the kids to the caverns. It was perfect for our 3 families to all stay together. "

"This townhome was a wonderful choice for our family while staying in Boerne. It was an easy walk to the main shopping streets and in a lovely area. I do wish we had access to the garage to parks our cars. It would have kept the streets clear of cars and much easier to get around."

"It was well appointed, larger than expected. The chocolate kisses we're a very sweet note after a long journey.The steps up to the apartment were steeper than I thought but navigatable.I loved how close the apartment is to the downtown area. The handy notebook was very informative with clear instructions with checkout protocol. I suggest the notebook be placed in a clearer spot for the"men" as I had found it but my husband never saw it. Lol. All in all we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely...

"We stayed in Boerne to visit Fredericksburg. However we found the town of Boerne just as cute! The location of this property is ideal. The house is great for a group stay. Very clean and comfortable. If we would do this again, we'd return to this property for sure."
