The High Garden House located in Sister Bay!

Welcome to High Garden, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! A Door County family home for generations, this one-story house was completely renovated in 2017. The spacious kitchen is fully modernized with stainless-steel appliances and a stone countertop for a wonderful space to prepare meals. The nearby dining room comfortably seats 8. Cushioned carpet and wood floors throughout the house are inviting to bare feet. The living room boasts a large sectional couch perfect for watching a movie on the 50″ LED HD TV or getting cozy with your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42″ LED HD TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The shower has a low entry threshold making it easy to get in and out. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms spaciously accommodate queens and LED TVs. The 2nd bathroom has a low-sided tub which is perfect for bathing little ones. Outside you will find a refinished deck and patio with table seating for 6 plus bench seating for many more. The fully fenced-in backyard is great for kids and dogs!

We love our family dogs and welcome yours too! Your well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 3 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/ per night, collected separately and approximately one week before your check-in date.

*This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines made by the Wisconsin health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
