This is a spacious, beautiful condo, great view and walkable to restaurants and shops. However, when we arrived the condo had not been cleaned. Sheets were in piles, bathrooms were dirty. I texted Michael and he apologized, offered a refund of the cleaning fee and said he would call the cleaners. Great! We told him we were going to dinner and assumed someone could come while we were out.
After 45 min with no update, I texted Michael. He said the cleaners couldn’t come until the morning. I said that we wouldn’t be able to wash all 3 sets of sheets prior to bedtime and asked if we could get fresh sets. He said we could go to another unit and get sheets. Frustrated that we had to solve the issue ourselves, we went to find the condo. However, he gave us info for the wrong building (he manages many units) and seemed to be annoyed with us when we had trouble finding it. I tried calling him, but he would not pick up- only text. After I sent him a google map of the building we were in, he realized he gave us info for the wrong building. He gave us the correct info, we found the condo, but the beds were not the same size, so we were only able to get two sets. One of us slept on the mattress pad. We also found cleaning wipes and wiped down the dirty bathrooms.
I have never been treated this poorly as a paying guest. This is an expensive condo (in the off-season), and our first night we slept in a dirty condo. If you don’t have any issues, this condo is great
