Located in Sisco, a very pleasant town of Cap Corse, about fifteen km north of Bastia, the villa is a quiet and wooded place, ideal for rejuvenating. All local shops are 5-10 minutes (6km) by car (bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, supermarket, shops, restaurants...).
The large beach of Pietracorbara is 5 km away. Swimming, diving and other water activities are possible.
Ideal for a quiet holiday with family or friends.

For 8 people, the villa has an area of 160 m², and extends over 2 levels.

Ground floor:
- A bright living room with a comfortable TV lounge area and a large friendly wooden dining table in a country spirit
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gaz hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker…

The flowery and shady garden will be most pleasant in summer.
On the sea side, enjoy a beautiful view of the hills and the Mediterranean from the terrace, where you can have your meals, in the shade of the pergola.
The swimming pool, 8x4m, is available from mid-April to mid-October (under favorable weather conditions). It is not heated. It has a bubble cover, and a security alarm. Loungers are installed around for your moments of relaxation.
Barbecue available.

You will be welcomed by a trusted person on site.
The final cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the unit clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.
Check-in and key collection are done directly at the establishment. In order to arrange your arrival, you must schedule an appointment with us. An e-mail with more instructions will be sent to you after confirmation of the reservation.

Cleaning and linen included in the rental, intermediate cleaning if several weeks booked with change of linen.
Possibility of 1 chef at home and boat rental, private yoga classes.
Sheets and towels provided.
Fully fenced property with electric gate and private parking.

Deposit: 2000€ to pay on the day of your arrival and return at the end of your stay.
