"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Mislav was very accomadating with a early check in - and change of plans we had to make. Mislav drove us to the grocery store and even helped us shop! The house is perfect for large family or friends. Every bedroom has a bathroom . The balcony and view were amazing. Mosquitos were a problem at night. The living room needs a fan or screens on the door then the ac would not need to be used. The breeze was perfect- but could not open the door due to mosquitoes. The bedrooms have screen doors. "This beautiful property is in Trogir and sits at the top of the overlooking the town. The house and pool were wonderful! Everything is modern and up to date with an easy walk to the town. The roads are narrow for driving but we had a large van and there is private parking. I highly recommend this property, we were a family of 7 adults with lots of room"

"We are two families who stayed 5 nights at this incredible property surrounded by olive trees with a beautiful view of the Adriatic. The owners gave us a wonderful welcome with delicious appetizers, their award winning olive oil (we bought three bottles to take home) and home made grappa liquor. Our kids enjoyed the pool, we loved the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and grill and the proximity to Trogir and numerous supermarkets. We would stay here again if we come back. "Property was fantastic for 10 of us together. 4 big double bedrooms and a room with two singles! Great upstairs patio and pool area with lots of great furniture. Two big kitchens and living rooms great for hosting dinners and cooking together. Hosts were excellent - always available to ask for help and advice on the local area. Shops and restaurants are all within driving distance. We rented a car but were still able to walk to the shops along the beautiful coast! Cannot recommend this...

"The property is a good size wirh a decent swimming pool, it has free use of the tennis court and table tennis which was great. It is about a 5 mins walk to the sea and 30min walk to the marina. The view from both the pol and the balcony are amazing"

"Lovely accommodation with all the amenities. Close to water activities for hire such as paddle boards and pedalos with chutes. A great bar just beside us where we enjoyed a delicious family meal or stopped for cooling drinks. Ice cream shop and take away food nearby. A small but well stocked supermarket with fresh fruit and fresh bread. Lovely places to go for a swim all around if you explore a bit further. We had a lovely day out in Trogir. "The house is gorgeous. The location is perfect with magnificent views. It is peaceful and quiet. It is maintained and cleaned to the very highest levels. The house wants for nothing. The village is easily walkable and has everything you might need including fresh bread every day. Can’t recommend it enough."

"Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. "we loved this place. we stayed here for a few days at the end of our europe trip, and it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. pool/ocean/building view did not disappoint - it’s exactly as pictured. food was delicious in the restaurant, and the rooms were so luxurious! we were so comfortable and happy. a walk to the little town which can be hot in the heat of summer but is a great location, and a little bit further out for lovely peace and quiet. beach is just across the road with stunning coastline views - there was an inflatable playground nearby which was lots of fun for me and my sister (we’re grown ups haha). would love to come back and stay for longer. loved it"
