"This rental is spacious, with one single and one double bedroom and a large terrace to enjoy a meal outside. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, and there is room for 6+ at the dining room table. The living/dining room has a great view of the lake. It's beautiful and rural but only 15 minutes by car or train to the beautiful city of Konstanz. We loved this apartment!"

"Die Beschreibung des Objekts entspricht der Wirklickeit. Die Eigentūmerin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir kommen aus Spanien und sind an einer Klimaanlage gewöhnt. Bei einer Hitze wie in diesem Jahr, ist die Lage der Wohnung unter dem Dach nicht sehr vorteilhaft "

"Very nice property within an easy drive of Constance. Kitchen very well equipped with lots of cutlery, crockery and pots/pans etc. The sauna is in a separate building just outside the apartment and was very easy to use. Did not meet the landlady, but she was very responsive via email."

"Apartment is nice, but a little crowded with one toilet and only one shower. The place is clean and quiet, at the top of a converted wear-house it was only a 18 minuite or less drive to the city center. Easy to find parking. "

"Das Wetter war schlecht, aber für unsere Pläne okay. Klasse, dass wir kostenlos mit Bezahlung der Kurtaxe den ÖPNV nutzen konnten. Bei Bookiply war noch die alte Vermieter-Telefonnummer hinterlegt, eine Festnetznummer, von der wir keinen Rückruf (Anruf auf AB) erhalten haben wegen der Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist eng/ schräg, aber dafür relativ günstig. Ausstattung war für unsere Bedürfnisse okay. Sehr nette Vermieterin."
